With summer in the air, many of us are finally taking a moment to take a deep breath and reflect on what we’ve all been through. Many people are reflecting on what the world has become, what needs to change, and what they can do about it.
In my role, I hear from many people who want to do more than just read, be passionate, and share their passion with others. They want to educate, empower, and equip themselves to make real change in the areas that they feel most passionate about. They want to build on their personal and professional experience to be more impactful. They want to leverage the power of design to drive sustainability. They want to make change in the world, and perhaps change careers, but can’t afford to quit their jobs or move to make that happen.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to explore our fully online MA in Sustainable Design program. I also invite you to explore the students, alumni, faculty, and projects pages on this blog site. If you are interested, or even just curious, feel free to contact me to set up a time to chat.
You are also welcome to join our informational webinar — today [June 8] at 1:00pmCT. We’ll tell you about the program, the courses, and how to apply. In addition, you’ll hear from one of our current students, Sarah Hummel, and ask her what it’s like to be in the program. And of course we’ll answer your questions.
I look forward to hearing from you!
