My name is Janet Gonzales. I am a product designer that manages a small design team for Start Studio, and also works on the agent experience at NICE CXone. After 8+ years in finance, I made the career change to User Experience Design and I love how UX Design incorporates both my business strategy and design skillsets. I am interested in growing in Sustainable User Experience Design and using my design skills to help make a more sustainable world. I graduated my BA in History from Brigham Young University, MA in History from University of Texas at Arlington, and MBA from Westminster College.

In my free time, I enjoy working on AIGA Portland’s Transparency Initiative project, running, figure skating, and spending time with friends and family.
